Does it work with my theme?
Yes. OrderLoom lives inside your Shopify admin and the customer portal opens on your store’s own domain — nothing in your theme needs editing.
Do my customers need an account to approve proofs?
No. They get a private link by email and approve (or request changes) in one tap — no login, no app, no password.
Will it mess with my orders or fulfillment?
OrderLoom reads your orders and adds its own tags to reflect production stages. It never edits line items, charges, or fulfillment — your existing flow keeps working exactly as before.
